Description

Just like ROWE INDUSTRIES silicone high temperature wire and tape products, all of our extruded tubing products are produced in-house, in the USA allowing us complete control over product performance and quality.

PVDF (Kynar™)

Kynar™ PVDF is a special fluoropolymer compound normally used in applications requiring the highest purity, strength, and resistance to solvents, acids, bases and heat and low smoke generation. Kynar™ is non-reactive and has a lower density than other fluoropolymers.

Kynar® provides all that is beneficial about fluoropolymers including chemical resistance, high purity, high thermal stability and non-stick surface. It has high tensile strength and excellent resistance to permeation and radiation.

Kynar™ can be easily sterilized using Gamma, ETO and Autoclave methods

Kynar™ has excellent chemical resistance like other fluoropolymers including most fuels

Kynar™ material is FDA, USP class VI and Bio Inert

Kynar ™ has very low extractables and leachables and is corrosion resistant

Kynar™ has a high tensile strength, is abrasion resistant, and non-stick
