For every equipment,
appliance and fixture design, there is one or more Flexlead
constructions that will efficiently and economically provide the
required performance in-use. Below are two listings: One,
numerically by the applicable style number or alphabetic
identification system used by the controlling agency; Two, wherein
materials are compiled relative to end-use, temperature and
voltage parameters. Flexlead styles will be added as
applicable. Please contact us for the most current approval
status. |
APPLIANCE
WIRING CONDUCTORS
In most instances, appliance
wiring conductors are constructed of solid or stranded copper,
nickel, or special alloys. When copper is used, it
is usually required to have a coating of tin, silver, or
nickel, either cladded or plated. For 150C rated constructions,
individual wires within the conductor normally shall not
be smaller than #24 AWG, except solid conductors and some
business machine wires which are defined by the applicable
style requirements. 200C wires require strands no
smaller than #24 AWG. Unless special requirements
exist, Rowe Industries, Inc. supplies tinned copper conductor
in labeled constructions.

Laboratories and Canadian Standards Association and as
such incorporate all necessary markers, jackets, stripes,
etc., to conform to applicable style requirements.
Where these labels are not required, Rowe Industries can
supply these configurations or similar cables in custom
materials designed to meet your exacting requirements.
